Needham Offers Places to Cool Down in this Hot Weather

“The weather forecast for the next few days shows temperatures heading into the 90’s. The Town of Needham and the Charles River YMCA have announced that the following facilities are available to residents who are seeking a place to keep cool when the mercury is rising:

The Center at the Heights: Monday 9am-5 pm, Tuesday 9 am-8 pm, Wednesday 9 am-5 pm, Thursday 9 am-8 pm, Friday 9 am–3 pm

Needham Free Public Library: Monday through Thursday 9 am–9 pm, Friday 9 am-5:30 pm, Saturday 9 am-5 pm, Sunday 1-5 pm  

Charles River YMCA: Monday-Friday 5:30 am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 7 am-5 pm 

The splash pad at the Rosemary Recreation Center is also available to all residents and does not require a pool membership.”
