2020 MOR-EV Rebate Program for Electric Vehicles

One of the items in the Massachusetts supplemental budget is $27 million in 2020 funding for the MOR-EV rebate program (Massachusetts Offers Rebates for Electric Vehicle), along with another $27 million in 2021.

Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) with a sales price under $50,000 are eligible for a $2,500 rebate.

Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs) with a sales price under $50,000 and an all-electric range of 25+ miles are eligible for a $1,500 rebate.
