Pollard Middle School’s “Pippin” Nominated for MA Educational Theater Guild’s Awards Program

Congratulations to Pollard Middle School’s “Pippin” cast and crew. Their production was nominated for four awards in the Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild’s awards program, sponsored by Broadway in Boston.

The nominations are:
Best Choral Ensemble
Best Acting Ensemble
Best Leading Actor (Matt Lorence)
Best Leading Actress (Julia Chase)

The awards ceremony will be held on June 9th at 7pm at the Cutler Majestic Theater in Boston. Julia Chase and Matt Lorence will represent Pollard Middle School by performing in the opening number, “Seize the Day” from the Broadway musical “Newsies”.
