Needham Running Club’s New Year’s Day 5k Race

From the Needham Running Club website:

Start your year off on the right foot with the Needham Running Club’s New Year’s Day 5K run. This run will benefit the YMCA, Needham Cultural Council and a local charity. Food, sports drinks, water and raffle prizes at race end.

New this year: We will be giving out to the first 500 entrants a performance wicking beanie. They will be a collectors item. Gift certificates will be awarded to the top three male and female runners, and several other winner categories and free raffle prizes. This race is USATF sanctioned and will be timed and snacks/water and race results will be provided after the run.

Date: January 1, 2014
Time: Race starts promptly at 11:00am.
Location: Needham YMCA Pool Building at 863 Great Plain Ave, Needham
